
Dan has directed strategy and business planning, organizational change and team-building initiatives for a variety of organizations including professional services firms, technology and manufacturing companies and non-profit organizations. The focus of his work has been to bring people together around a shared vision for greater performance, innovation, inspiration and satisfaction. His multi-disciplined background as a strategist and creative producer, facilitator and manager, have contributed to innovative, team-driven projects that energize and focus resulting in accelerated progress and tangible results.
Dan's natural curiosity and ability to see the ‘big picture' as well as the details necessary for effective action, coupled with an interactive approach that encourages involvement, engagement and initiative. Recognized for his trust-building style, his engagements are designed and delivered with a focus on individual and collective discovery and increased interpersonal skills.
His past and recent work includes engagements with Microsoft, Nemschoff, Maharam, Brandrud, Peter Pepper Products, Experience Music, National Endowment for the Arts, WATG and Olson/Sundberg Architects.
Dan has a Master's Degree in Arts Management and is a Certified Coach and Trainer in Emotional Intelligence with Six Seconds of Palo Alto. He is also trained in Group Facilitation through the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA).
