After a major re-org, the leadership team responsible for managing the output of $1B+ sales of Nike Women’s gathered for a 3-day Summit at a hotel in Santa Barbara. Serving to facilitate the event’s design, conduct several World Café sessions and facilitate an evening team building event, John Burgess of Incite brought fresh perspective and energy that helped make the event a resounding success. The Leadership Summit included strategy sessions, collaborative roundtables, group learning exercises, relationship-building events and the hard work of building a new fiscal plan.
